Right on Mr. Steady. We can debate the merits of the health care law (it stinks by the way). But the shredding of the Constitution, the federal power grab, and the lap dogs who have no problem doing so, is truly chilling.

If true, then government can command private citizens to purchase cars from Detroit, wine from California, potatoes from Idaho, oranges from Florida, pine apples from Hawaii, broccoli from where ever it is they grow broccoli.

Kagen and Sotomayer opinions have already been written by the WH staff, as a condition of their appointment. Is it possible that the WH didn't vet these two on the healthcare issue before hand? And so the Constitution, which has become Swiss cheese over the past 50 years, now becomes cole slaw.
